Octopus Ashtray *slightly warped*
This is an ashtray with a hand built octopus attached. The ashtray base is made with about 1-2lbs of a light, speckled clay. The octopus is made of a dark clay and built into the side of the piece. The entire ashtray was dipped into a blue celadon glaze to mimic water. Lastly, the arms of the octopus serve as a spike and as cigarette or joint holders for whatever you smoke :)
DISCLAIMER: there is a slight warp in the ashtray base that is noticeable but it is only aesthetically displeasing. It still works and has no cracks :)) the sale price reflects this imperfection
